We can Significantly Improve Humanity. It would be harder not to. A list of solutions are found below, but first I would like to give you a short introduction...

Medicine, Space Travel, Construction,Technology, Surgery, Entertainment. You name it, humans improve in everything, except in the ability to "BE". Our way of BEing doesn't improve, it actually gets worse with each passing generation. Greed & Selfishness increase. This is why we had better politicians in the past. This is why our marriages are breaking at a record setting pace and we expect worse in the future. This is the reason a simple handshake in business is no longer nobel, it's stupid.

As an analyst my job was to collect data and hunt down the cause of a problem. after a lifetime of pracitce doing that, I decided to do the same with humanity. I found that we fail to improve the BEing part of new generations because:

We break the incubator (broken homes). This is a ramification of the problem itself. It is self fulfilling and makes the problem grow. Therefore with each passing generation the BEing part of newborn humans have more of a chance to get worse than better. Because of the increase in broken homes.
We hide our marital problems & mistakes from our children, so they don't learn from us. They learn in their first marriage when most children are born. Most people I tell this to start to change. A matter of becoming aware of a better way and adopting it. Change via Awareness.
[Primary reason] 1 in 5 girls are sexually abused before age 11. That's 20% of our future mothers and wives. The nurturing part of our human factory (the Family). Men cause wars, murders, rapes, robberies, greed. Men are at fault for so much it makes me sick. It's often a choice. We make mistakes which we aren't aware of. Once we are made aware we instantly change (#2 above is an example). We actually don't change, we just become aware of what we preffer. This is true about most of the solutions on this site. Please read and share them with at least 100 people.

It's essential you know that I didn't use faith or religious beliefs in formulating these solutions. Therefore they are compatible with people of all religions. Math (Logic) is accepted by 100% of the human population. I didn't want religion to separate my mission from a single human being. I believe G-D wants us to use our "Free Will" to perform at our best to improve humanity.

http://Income.Behtaj.com - How employees are paid worldwide is illegal and damages the economy even worse than the Federal Reserve and its Banking Scam. Socialism is wrong and so is greed. Employees should be paid based on math not an arbitrary amount per hour which has led the free world into hoarding money greedily and causing an unnatural wealth distribution and in turn the world's economic disaster. When we hire an employee, the wage we give them is only an estimation of what they are worth. After we know what they are really worth, we should adjust the pay accordingly based on pure math. Up or down. If we find they are worth less than what we estimated, we let them go. But when we see they are worth 5 or 20 times more, we don't do what is ethical and mathematically correct. Our problem is we've taken capitalism one notch too far. It's ok to see our product for the maximum the market can bear, however making the most of it against our employees is wrong. I know it's part of our capitalistic society, but it fails under the test of math and ethics. It would be the same if you buy a $2 bag of chips, and the store owner wouldn't give you back any change from your $20 bill. It's stealing. The whole world does it with employees, and if we stop, the economy would come back in less than a month. It would also be great for the employer in many ways. When his business slows down, he does not need to let anyone go. His investment in training employees stays put, he pays them less, then when the economy bounces back, so does his business. He won't need to employ and train anyone from scratch. He didn't shock the economy by letting any employees go, so it bounces back easier. Everyone pays more taxes because they are getting paid more. Currently the tax base is being cheated since the money that belongs to the employee is being hoarded by the business owner. No one fixes that, not because they don't see it, but because those in power are greedy. For those employers who are religious and donate large sums, you should know that as long as you keep the money that belongs to your employees, the donations you give are not from you. They count as being from your employees and since you are giving their money away, it's a sin on top of the fact that you are not donating.
